In this dynamic 76 min. class we will focus on alignment, core strength and breath to open those tight areas and strengthen our core line. This class is appropriate for all levels. Modifications are offered throughout the class.
Sunday
8:00a- Fusion – All Levels
60 Min.
This Sunday morning class is a creative offering for body, mind and soul. In this class space is held for practitioners to feel the seat of empowerment by way of various non prescriptive, enlivening sensory techniques, including trigger point, slow flow, and restorative. Expand your ability to “see” aspects of life and bathe in the possibilities.
