Join Heather 500 RYT for weekly classes at the Wheel Yoga . The Studio’s schedule will reflect any schedule changes or specialty workshops and retreats offered.

Heather’s Schedule:

Monday
6:30p -Anjali Restorative (Kendallwood) (Beginning in January 2019)
75 Min.

Anjali Restorative Yoga is a rich practice of deep and meditative support, both physically and emotionally. The practitioner is held by bolsters, pillows and blankets for sustained periods of time in deeply rejuvenating postures.

Wednesday
6:00p -Core Centric 
75 min.

In this  dynamic 75 min. Class we will focus on alignment, core strength and breath to open and release those tight areas and strengthen our core line.This class is appropriate for all healthy beginners, intermediate beginners, and intermediate to advanced practitioners.

Sunday
10:00a- Vinyasa Level 1-2
60 Min.

This Sunday morning class is  comprised of thoughtful, dynamic sequences that inspire the practitioner’s continued advancement of yogic principles, knowledge, technique and embodied skill set. These progressions move from simple to complex actions, postures and movement patterns in order to confidently cultivate peak asanas and transitions. This class is appropriate for all intermediate beginners, and intermediate to advanced practitioners.
